If Your Item Arrives Incorrect or Defective
Please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue and the packaging.
Assessment and Fairness
We review every case individually to ensure a fair outcome.
- If the problem is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a resolution at no cost to you. This may be a replacement, missing parts, a repair, or another appropriate remedy after verification.
- If the issue is the result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or assembly that did not follow the instructions, we will still assist with practical next steps such as paid repair options, spare parts, or care guidance.
Please keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
Order Cancellation
For orders that have not been processed or dispatched, you may cancel within 2 days of placing the order. A full refund will be credited to your account as store credit with a validity of six months. Customised items, made-to-order items, and pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
Change of Mind: Returns and Exchanges
Applies to orders that have been processed or dispatched. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original, complete packaging with all labels and tags attached. Items must be free of stains, marks, odours, dents, scratches, or other damage.
Not Eligible
- Customised items, made-to-order items, and pre-order items
- Hygiene-related items, for example, throws, pillows, cushions, and bed linens
- “As-is” items, including display pieces or items sold with noted defects
- Sale items and discounted items, including purchases made with vouchers or promotional codes
Fees and How We Calculate Them
- A flat restocking fee of 20% applies. The fee is calculated on the item price actually paid after any discounts. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administration associated with the return or exchange.
- Refund processing time is up to seven business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.
How It Works
- Submit a request through the Exchange and Return Form or contact us via WhatsApp.
- We will reply within one to three working days with approval and instructions for pickup or warehouse drop-off.
- Prepare the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Complete the return or pickup as arranged.
- We will inspect the item within 2 to 3 working days.
- Store credit will be issued within seven business days after inspection.
Important Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery, please:
- Confirm the item dimensions are correct for your space and needs.
- Ensure the item can pass through doorways, corridors, stairwells, and fit into your lift, including the packaging dimensions.
- Check with building management if a delivery booking is required.
- Allow for the delivery lead time shown on the product page or at checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations or missed appointments, additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.
Unforeseen Delays
We work hard to meet the stated timelines. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, building restrictions, customs inspections, or supply disruptions. If a delay occurs, we will update you promptly and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Price Protection
If the price of an identical item on our website decreases within seven calendar days of your purchase, we will issue store credit for the difference upon request.
How to request
- Contact us within seven days of your order date.
- The item must be the same model, finish, and configuration, and must be in stock on our website at the lower price at the time of your request.
Exclusions
Price protection does not apply to limited-time promotions, clearance events, “as-is” items, sale items, discounted items, bundles, free-gift promotions, or any offer that requires a voucher or promotional code. Price protection applies once per item and cannot be combined with other offers.
