We want every piece to feel right in your home. If something isn't, we'll work with you to make it right — fairly, and on a case-by-case basis.

01If your piece arrives defective or incorrect

Please reach us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Every case is reviewed individually. For manufacturing defects, we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or other suitable remedy at no cost. For wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use, we'll help where we can — including paid repairs, spare parts, or care guidance.

Please keep all original packaging until your case is resolved.

02Order cancellations

Eligibility

  • Within 2 days of placing the order, and before dispatch
  • Customised, made-to-order, and pre-order items are not eligible

Customer-initiated

If approved, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method — less a 3–4% payment processing fee
  • Full store credit — no deduction, valid 6 months

Merchant-initiated

If we're unable to fulfil — such as stock issues — you'll receive a full refund or store credit with no deduction.

03Change of mind: returns & exchanges

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original, complete packaging — free of stains, marks, dents, or damage.

Exchanges

  • New item must be of equal or higher value. For lower-value items, please submit a return and place a new order.
  • A 10% handling fee covers pickup, inspection, and redelivery coordination. Additional delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

  • A 20% restocking fee applies, calculated after any discounts
  • Refunds are issued as store credit by default (valid 6 months). Cash refund available on request, less a 3–4% payment processing fee.

How it works

  • Reach us on WhatsApp to submit a request
  • We'll reply within 1–3 working days with instructions for pickup or drop-off
  • Prepare the item in its original packaging
  • We'll inspect within 2–3 working days
  • Store credit or refund is issued within 7 business days of inspection
04Before your delivery, please ensure

A smooth delivery helps avoid additional fees. Before delivery day, kindly:

  • Confirm item dimensions are right for your space
  • Check the item can pass through doorways, corridors, stairwells, and your lift — including packaging
  • Confirm with building management if a delivery booking is required

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or missed appointments, additional fees may apply. Full details in our Delivery policy.

05Price protection

If an identical item drops in price within 7 calendar days of your purchase, we'll issue store credit for the difference.

The item must be the same model, finish, and configuration, and in stock at the lower price when you reach out.

Exclusions

Not applicable to limited-time promotions, clearance, "as-is" items, sale or discounted items, bundles, free-gift offers, or anything requiring a voucher or promo code. Applies once per item.

06Non-eligible items

Not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

  • Customised, made-to-order, and pre-order items
  • Hygiene-related items (throws, pillows, cushions, bed linens)
  • "As-is" items and display pieces
  • Sale, discounted, or promo-code purchases
